2. The services
Lens Digital provides paid traffic management, creative production, funnel and VSL construction, SaaS and infoapp development, and scale consulting. The scope, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in a specific commercial proposal, sent before work begins.
3. Contracting and payment
Engagements are formalized through a commercial proposal and/or a specific contract. Prices, payment methods and timelines are agreed individually with each client before execution begins. Payments may be processed through partner payment platforms.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide truthful and complete information about your business.
- Approve materials and grant necessary access within the agreed timeline.
- Fund paid media separately from the management fee, when applicable.
- Comply with the laws applicable to your own business and offer.
5. Intellectual property
Materials developed on a custom basis — creatives, funnels, VSLs, SaaS/infoapp code — belong to the client as defined in the contract, after full payment of the agreed amounts. Lens Digital's internal methodologies, frameworks and templates remain the property of Lens Digital.
6. Results and limitation of liability
We work with a data-driven methodology, but paid traffic and sales results depend on factors outside our control — the offer, the market, the budget invested and the client's own decisions. Lens Digital does not guarantee any specific financial result.
7. Cancellation
Ongoing services, such as traffic management and consulting, may be cancelled by either party, subject to the notice period defined in the contract. Fixed-scope projects — funnels, VSLs, SaaS — follow the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The version in effect is always the one published on this page.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Passos, MG, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes, unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract.
